N&N: Yan Gomes a surprising leader for Indians’ offense

The Tribe broke a five-game losing streak to the Twins and got Shane Bieber his first career Major League win on Sunday afternoon. The young right-hander wasn’t incredibly sharp, giving up 10 hits in 5 23 innings, but worked out of enough jams to allow just one run. With the win, the Indians are now 37-33 on the season.

The Indians’ catcher has three home runs, five doubles, and 11 RBI’s since June 1st. From Joe Noga:
