Game 1: Cleveland 9, Minesota 3
Cleveland Indians beat Minnesota Twins, 8-1, to move within one game of first place in AL Central | cleveland.com
The Indians jumped on spot starter Adam Wilk in the first inning, forced him out of the game in the fourth, and then poured it on in the late innings. Jose Ramirez had himself a great game, going 3-for-5 with two of those hits leaving the yard. And that comfortable lead late lead meant that Terry Francona could stay away from both Andrew Miller and Cody Allen, saving them for the nightcap.
