- Grant Fink has been moved from the Guardians minor league hitting coordinator to Guardians major league hitting coach.
- Craig Albernaz has been promoted to assistant manager.
- Carl Willis will be returning as the pitching coach.
- Sandy Alomar Jr. will be returning as the first base coach.
- Brad Goldberg will be returning as the bullpen coach.
