The Clippers took game 1 of the double header. Joey Cantillo could only get through 4.1 innings, but struck out 6 and walked 2 while allowing 2 runs. Andrew Walters threw another scoreless inning in relief.
Kyle Manzardo went 2-4 with a walk and a massive 2 run home run. Juan Brito went 1-4 with a walk and had a towering homer himself. Myles Straw had a big game, going 3-3 with 3 RBIs. Johnathan Rodriguez and Estevan Florial both went 2-4.
