CLEVELAND -- Andrew Miller exited Wednesday night's game against the Cubs after only two pitches due to an apparent injury.

With the Indians holding a 3-1 lead in the seventh inning, Miller grabbed at the back of his left leg after his second pitch to Anthony Rizzo. Cleveland's relief ace quickly motioned toward the dugout and was soon joined on the mound by Indians manager Terry Francona and a member of the team's medical staff. After a brief conference, Miller headed off the field and to the trainer's room.
