DETROIT – Mike Napoli's stomach has stopped flipping. The butterflies, perhaps they were Monarchs, have migrated to Mexico.
They'll be back, but for the moment Napoli and the Indians can enjoy the AL Central championship they won Monday night with a 7-4 victory over Detroit at Comerica Park.
