The Midwest League and the Carolina League are both on All-Star break right now. The Indians sent seven All-Stars from Lynchburg and two from Lake County, and yesterday, the home run derby was held for the Carolina League.
Sicnarf Loopstok made quite a name for himself there.
In three rounds, Loopstok blasted off for a ridiculous 44 home runs. He hit 17 in round one, 13 in round two and 14 in the finals. Unfortunately, the home runs were reset each round and despite hitting the most overall, he ended up getting runner-up.
