The first pitch of the spring will be thrown by Mike Clevinger. He’ll be backed up by Francisco Lindor, Yan Gomes, Jose Ramirez, Edwin Encarnacion, Yonder Alonso, Rajai Davis, Melvin Upton Jr., Brandon Barnes, and Drew Maggi.
Francisco Mejia is the best catching prospect in all of baseball and is the heir apparent to Yan Gomes and Roberto Perez, and he’ll fight for a spot on the roster this year.
