In front of a small Progressive Field crowd, alongside the mayor of Cleveland, the Cleveland Indians unveiled the logo for the 2019 All-Star Game, which take place in Cleveland next July.
The Indians opted to ride the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame angle with a guitar that utilizes baseball stitching as part of the body.
The tie-in with the local Rock and Roll Hall of Fame could be really neat, but according to the team there are no confirmed plans of anything yet, though they have spoken to the Hall of Fame.
While it doesn’t show up on all logos from what I can tell, the Mastercard logo is part of it as the game itself is presented by the credit card giant.
