BALTIMORE -- Through the first three innings at Camden Yards on Friday, Trevor Bauer looked as if he were on track for a special outing, allowing no hits and registering four strikeouts -- all looking.
But the Indians' starter wobbled in the fourth and cracked in the fifth, and with the way Cleveland's struggling offense has been going, a couple of mistakes would prove to be the difference in a hard-luck 3-1 defeat to the Orioles in which Bauer registered a quality start yet still took the loss.
Bauer was cruising along when Baltimore's Manny Machado came up in the fourth and hammered a home run to dead center field to tie the score at 1.
