Indians Requesting $8 Million From Cuyahoga County for Renovations to Progressive Field

Progressive Field since it opened in 1994 has always been the place to be, even during the learn years record wise for the Indians.

Now the Tribe is asking Cuyahoga County to ink a deal for $8 million for improvements their home ball park.

Cleveland.com reports that the team is looking to “overhaul the club seating area and a renovation of the ticket windows and a portion of the team’s administrative offices.”

The report which came out Wednesday evening stated that the request came Wednesday to the board of the Gateway Development Corp.

That is the agency which deals with the Indians lease of Progressive Field on behalf of Cuyahoga County.
