Santana was one of the key players in helping Cleveland win the American League pennant this season. The 30-year-old hit .259 with 34 home runs and 87 RBIs in 158 regular-season games. He played in all 15 of the Tribe's postseason games, hitting three home runs, including one in the World Series.
Santana is now eligible for free agency following the 2017 season.
