The Indians today signed two players as they close in on the start of spring training.
First the team came to terms with free agent pitcher Tommy Hunter to a one-year Major League contract.
The 29-year-old owns a career Major League record of 46-33 with a 4.31 ERA in 284 games/75 starts since debuting as a 22-year old with the Rangers in 2008 (676.2IP, 710H, 324ER, 423SO).
Following his acquisition by the Orioles in July 2011, he has pitched exclusively in a relief over the last three seasons and owns a career relief ERA of 3.
