The Cleveland Indians have acquired right-handed reliever Hunter Wood and infielder Christian Arroyo from the Tampa Bay Rays in exchange for minor league outfielder Ruben Cardenas and international signing money, according to Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times.
