Bobby Bradley’s call-up is a little bit of a good news-bad news situation. In a season that’s been dominated by bad news, though, we should really focus on the good first. Anyone that can hit is a good fit in this Indians lineup, and Bradley has proven he can do that quite well at Triple-A.
In 2019, Bradley’s biggest tool — his power — has been better than ever. In just 67 games at Columbus, he has hit 24 home runs; his career high in the minors is 29, which came in about twice as many games in 2016 at high-A Lynchburg.
