Despite it being so close to the swell of the holiday season, there were some minor pitching moves yesterday.
Anthony Gose has officially had enough of the I-71 corridor and will be heading to the Mets minor league system next year. Gose spent a comical amount of time bouncing between the AAA affiliate Columbus Clippers and Cleveland in the 2024 season. The center fielder turned LHP was selected, DFA’d, elected free agency, and outrighted to Columbus a total of four times between August 6th and the end of the regular season. Anthony Gose was an established member of the bullpen before undergoing Tommy John surgery at the end of 2022, causing him to miss all of the 2023 season.
