Guardians continue to roll with 5-1 domination of the Twins

Anything can happen, but the future is firmly in the Guardians’ own hands. With mere weeks of the season left, all they have to do is continue to win games and they will be playing extended baseball in October. If Game 1 of today’s doubleheader against the Twins is any indication, they are prepared to do just that.

Today’s scoring started with José Ramírez hitting a ball 421 feet in the first inning. The swagger that followed is indescribable.

At 107 mph it was the hardest hit ball of the day, and it wouldn’t be the last one the Guardians offense blasted.
