CLEVELAND, Ohio - One of the biggest challenges prior to participating in any Super Bowl takes place hours and even days before the big game.
The Denver Broncos and the Carolina Panthers will face each other in Super Bowl 50 on Feb. 7 and players on each team must find the mental solitude needed for such a huge event.
Desmond Howard, who won the MVP in the Green Bay Packers' victory over the New England Patriots in the 1997 Super Bowl, has some words of advice for the participants.
"You want to keep things the same," said Howard, the emcee at Thursday's 16th Greater Cleveland Sports Awards.
