Veterans Trayce Thompson, Brandon Barnes and Adam Rosales provided the majority of Columbus’ offense Tuesday.
Thompson went 2-4 with his 10th home run of the season while Rosales clubbed his first of the year. Barnes went 3-4 with a pair of doubles. Greg Allen and Mark Mathias both reached base safely once and stole a base.
Starting pitcher Shao-Ching Chiang tossed 5.0 quality innings, allowing one run on six hits while striking out four and walking two.
