Hey, remember Vinnie Pestano? He was a relief pitcher for the Indians from 2010 to 2014, and a pretty good one for most of that time. But his ERA and WHIP went up in 2013, and the Indians traded him to the Los Angeles Angels in August of 2014. Things didn’t work out well for Pestano with the Angels. He appeared in 31 games for the Angels in 2014 and 2015 before being released. He bopped around the minor leagues for a while, and retired from the Long Island Ducks and professional baseball six days ago.
