Cleveland parking bans for NBA Finals, Indians fireworks tonight

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- With Game 4 of the NBA Finals at The Q and the Indians hosting dollar dog and fireworks next door at Progressive Field on Friday night, parking likely will be expensive and difficult to find, and traffic heavy around downtown.

The City of Cleveland is imposing parking restrictions, which go into effect at 4 p.m. Friday:

  • Huron Road from Ontario Street to Prospect Avenue and from West 6th Street to Ontario
  • Prospect Avenue from Ontario Street to East 14th Street and from Ontario to West 6th.
  • East 9th Street from Euclid Avenue to Carnegie Avenue.
