Cleveland Indians' Terry Francona: Abraham Almonte to DL, Carlos Carrasco re-evaluated Tuesday

CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Indians are having a hard time playing a game without one of their players getting hurt.

On Monday night, right-hander Carlos Carrasco and right fielder Abraham Almonte were forced to leave the Tribe's 8-7 win over the Rays. Manager Terry Francona said after the game that Almonte is headed for the disabled list and Carrasco will undergo more tests on Tuesday morning.

Francona said the Tribe's medical staff does not think Carrasco's injury is that serious.

"His left pectoral area was tight," said Francona. "I don't think anyone feels it's more than that.
