MINNEAPOLIS - Trevor Bauer, throwing pitches from 76 mph to 95 mph, overcame a bases-loaded balk Thursday afternoon as the Indians came from behind to beat complete a three-game, rain-shortened sweep of the Twins at Target Field.
The Indians overcame a 2-0 deficit by scoring three runs in the seventh inning for a 6-2 victory over the Twins to improve 8-7 on the season. It's the first time they've had a winning record since April 11.
Bauer (1-2, 6.35) allowed two runs on three hits in 6 1/3 innings for his first win of the season. He struck out seven to improve to 2-5 with a 5.
