Cleveland Indians Shaun Marcum was lights out today, getting the win this afternoon over Seattle and improving his record to 3-1. Marcum was nearly perfect giving up just two hits over in seven scoreless innings of work. He had great stuff all afternoon, but his high pitch count (106 pitches) didn’t allow him to continue into the eighth inning. J.A. Happ got the loss lasting just 2.1 innings, giving up six hits and four earned runs.
