CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Indians keep losing players at the wrong time, but at least they're back to scoring runs and winning games.
In Monday's 8-7 win over Tampa Bay, Carlos Carrasco, their best starter, left with tightness in his left pectoral muscle in the fourth inning. Right fielder Abraham Almonte left in the fifth inning after re-aggravating his right biceps muscle.
It was clear Carrasco was not at his best as he walked three batters in 3 2/3 innings. He entered the game with eight walks in 48 1/3 innings. If Carrasco has to go on the disabled list, it means the team's top two starters, including Corey Kluber, will be on the shelf.
