Akron’s offense teed off on Wednesday and no one was more impressive than C.J. Kayfus. Kayfus went 2-for-5 and both hits were home runs. Kayfus already has hit six home runs since being promoted to Double-A, which is a big reason why he currently sports a 1.232 OPS. Maybe it’s time to keep the rocket strapped to his back moving on?
