Carlos Carrasco took a tumble covering first base in the fourth inning and it was all downhill from there, as the Cleveland Indians lost their third straight game, 3-1.
The Indians' starting pitcher exited with a sore left knee after four scoreless innings, handing off the ball to Neil Ramirez, who promptly spotted the Marlins a 3-0 lead in one inning of work.
Three runs shouldn't seem insurmountable, but the Tribe lineup was hitless until a Jose Ramirez single in the sixth inning. Tyler Naquin managed to scrape across a run in the seventh with an RBI single, but that was all the Indians could produce.
