Bobby Bradley blasts home run No. 17 for Columbus, Gabriel Rodriguez hits first homer of his career in the DSL

For the third straight day, Columbus pitchers were hammered for at least 11 runs by Toledo.

Starting pitcher Michael Peoples was torched for eight runs (six earned) in 4.2 innings while striking out two and walking four.

Henry Martinez added a scoreless inning and Nick Sandlin looked good in his Triple-A debut, striking out three in 1.1 innings, but he left the game after walking a batter and giving up a single and Neil Ramirez promptly gave up a three-run bomb because he’s Neil Ramirez, allowing the inherited runners to score.

Offensively, Daniel Johnson continues to impress, going 3-5 with a double.
