While winning a gold glove in the major leagues is more prestigious, a minor league gold glove is considerably more difficult as Rawlings only awards one prize per position across all four full-season leagues in every organization's system.
But that didn't stop Akron's Greg Allen from claiming the title as the best defensive center fielder in all of minor league baseball.
