One of the biggest questions that will headline this offseason for the Cleveland Cavaliers is who the next head coach will be. On April 11, Cleveland and former head coach Larry Drew officially mutually parted ways, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium, and it appears that the team will have a long head coaching search that is just getting under way.
Drew did a tremendous job considering the situation he was thrown into, as we’ve often hit on here at KJG. Whenever you have a head coach fired early in the year, as Tyronn Lue was after an 0-6 start to the year, and someone taking over in the interim role, it is very easy for things to go south.
