CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Two things in particular happened on Sunday night: The Cleveland Cavaliers got blown off their own floor in the home opener against the then-winless Atlanta Hawks and head coach Tyronn Lue glued three trusted veterans -- Channing Frye, JR Smith and Kyle Korver -- to the bench in favor of the younger players.
Both led to plenty of frustration in the hours after the game.
"I think it was tough. I think after our older guys didn't play I think the morale of our team was down and that can happen," Lue said ahead of Wednesday's matchup against the Brooklyn Nets.
