The Cleveland Cavaliers have not gotten quality production out of Isaiah Thomas in most of his time back from injury. Although he’s clearly not his healthiest, Thomas has been far from exceptional in his time on the floor. “IT” is only shooting 38.6 percent, and his net rating (minus-15.1, per nba.com) is the worst of any player in Cleveland’s regular rotation this season.
The Cavs have not gotten consistent production from their backcourt for most of the year, and a low-cost solution could be the Memphis Grizzlies’, Tyreke Evans.
Kevin Pelton of ESPN mentioned (via ABC News Sports) how Evans and Grizzlies’ big Brandan Wright could be sensible trade options.
