When Tristan Thompson plays the Houston Rockets on Tuesday night at Quicken Loans Arena, it will be his 362nd consecutive game played, breaking the franchise record, held by Jim Chones.
That streak is also the longest active-streak in the NBA.
Thompson signed a five-year deal for $82 million back in November, causing many fans to feel like he was overpaid.
Maybe some fans underrated the significance and his value on this team. Night in and night out, the Cavs can count on Thompson to grab double-digit rebounds and work hard to get extra possessions with offensive boards, as well.
