LeBron James may be the “Babe Ruth of basketball,” according to Judd Apatow, but off the court he was just another actor who needed direction in the upcoming film Trainwreck.
Apatow, who directs the film staring Amy Schumer, Bill Hader and James set to release next month, told Conan O’Brien that after years of being picked last on the playground he took pleasure in getting a chance to boss around the athletes on set.
In a humorous clip -- featuring some colorful language -- from the late night show, Apatow shared a behind-the-scenes interaction with James working on some vocal exercises.
