The average resale price for a ticket to Game 1 of the NBA Finals in Oakland is over $1,500.00. That’s an increase of nearly $1,000.00 compared to Game 1 of the 2014 NBA Finals.
That’s also nowhere close to as ridiculous as this. A court-side seat to Game 1 on Thursday night sold on the resale site Ticketmaster for $36,843 (h/t CNN.com).
More than that, if you are looking to get nosebleed seats, it will cost you over $1,000.00.
This just goes to show us how in-demand tickets are for the Golden State Warriors’ first Finals appearance in 40 years.
