As everyone knows the Cleveland Cavaliers are in another long rebuild mode after the departure of LeBron James last summer, so they should be playing the lottery game in a couple years. The NBA draft lottery has been very kind to the Cavs in recent years, as they won it four times since 2003. The Cavs have won lotteries where they had good chances, as was the case in 2003 (they tied for the worst record, and got a 22.5 percent chance) and in 2013, with the 3rd-worst record (and got a 15.6 percent chance), per Real GM.
The Cavs could once again be respectable thanks to lottery luck
