Love participated in a portion of the Cavaliers’ morning shootaround Wednesday, but will not be cleared from the league’s concussion protocol in time to play.
Richard Jefferson was wearing a starter’s jersey for the portion of shootaround open to the media Wednesday. If Jefferson indeed starts in place of Love, it likely pushes LeBron James to power forward in a game James has already labeled a must-win.
