According to ESPN’s Brian Windhorst, the Cleveland Cavaliers and San Antonio Spurs are now in trade talks for Danny Green. According to Windhorst’s sources, the Spurs’ asking price is a bit too high.
In his article (linked above), he said this:
The Spurs have been investigating the market for Green as they look to open salary-cap space ahead of the start of free agency. But the asking price has been a little too high in early talks with the Cavs, sources said.
Danny Green, who is a terrific 3-and-D player, has had a terrific career in San Antonio, and he even helped lead a team that knocked off LeBron James in the Finals.
