Raptors Top Cavs in Eastern Conference Showdown

The Cavs were kept at arms length in the second half, falling to Toronto 117-104 on Thursday as the Raptors avoided the season sweep. The teams are both 41-32 on the season, but Cleveland holds the 3-1 edge this season. Pascal Siakam scored a game-high 35 points and hit six triples. Both teams were around the 47 percent shooting mark, but Toronto hit 16 threes to Cleveland's 12.

Lauri Markkanen led the Cavs with 20 points scored. Darius Garland followed up with another point-assist double-double, with 18 and 10. Lamar Stevens followed up with 16, and Kevin Love, Evan Mobley, and Caris LeVert all were in double figures (12, 11, 11).
