CLEVELAND, Ohio – Raja Bell informed Northeast Ohio Media Group that he's leaving his position with the Cavaliers as Director of Player Administration to spend time with family.
"I had so much fun with those boys and the Cavaliers' organization, but it was just time to be with my family," Bell told NEOMG. "It was the right thing to do right now, but I definitely enjoyed my time there."
The 2014-15 season was Bell's first year with the club after a 12-year NBA career.
He was the team official who informed Dion Waiters in his hometown of Philadelphia before a game against the Sixers that he was being traded to Oklahoma City.
