1. J.B. Bickerstaff “stumbles” into good offensive lineups
J.B. tried a worthwhile experiment midway through the first quarter, subbing in Ricky Rubio, Kevin Love, and Lauri Markkanen and pairing them with Evan Mobley and Darius Garland. Unsurprisingly, the offense took off and the defensive effort looked competent. Rubio and Love have been, along with Mobley, the best performing players in this preseason.
