CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert has stated numerous times that spending money to put a championship-caliber team in place won't be a problem.
He backed up those words this off-season, allowing general manager David Griffin to go on a historic spending spree.
As the Cavs prepare for tonight's opener against Chicago, Gilbert is feeling good about what the organization accomplished this summer. He expressed his confidence with a recent message on Twitter.
Feel like @cavs are in a great place.
