It seems that kid from Akron took his musical talents to Olmsted Falls some six years to record a hip-hop song with friend-turned-Warriors-foe Kevin Durant.
Spider Studios (@SpiderStudiosOH) has tweeted out a 23-second snippet of the song LeBron James collaborated with Durant while the then Oklahoma City Thunder player was in Akron back in 2011 to work out with James during the NBA lockout.
The recording starts out with Durant taking a jab at sports personality Skip Bayless and then introducing James.
James, who was with the Miami Heat at the time, raps that “it ain’t easy on the path I’m on.
