The Cleveland Cavaliers appear to be targeting some Eastern Conference assistant coaches to be the team's next head coach.
ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported that the Cavaliers have "received permission" to interview New York Knicks associate head coach Johnnie Bryant and Miami Heat top assistant coach Chris Quinn for its head coaching vacancy.
This comes after the team had interviewed Golden State Warriors assistant Kenny Atkinson and New Orleans Pelicans associate head coach James Borrego for the vacancy.
