CLEVELAND: Cavaliers center Tristan Thompson attacked the rim with regulatory Thursday in Game 6 of the 2016 NBA Finals.
Thompson dunked the basketball five times, made a layup and converted three out of four free throws to help the host Cavs defeat the Golden State Warriors 115-101 and even the series at 3-3 in front of a raucous sellout crowd of 20,562 inside Quicken Loans Arena.
Game 7 is set to tipoff around 8 p.m. Sunday at Oracle Arena in Oakland.
Cleveland fans were pumped Thursday inside and outside the Q as LeBron James scored 41 points for second consecutive game and Kyrie Irving scored 23 points.
