Mo Williams undergoes another MRI on his knee

Williams had been diagnosed with chondromalacia patellae back in February and at the time, it didn’t seem to be a very serious injury, as he was cleared to play on the same night he met with Dr. James Andrew.

This knee injury has been bothersome to the veteran point guard all season and he even had injections to relieve the pain, ultimately to no avail, as he has been out the last month due to the injury.

After being sidelined for a majority of the month of March, Williams did attempt a comeback against the New York Knicks on March 26, a game starting point guard Kyrie Irving was out due to rest.
