Social media has given us plenty of regrettable moments that athletes would prefer to forget, but a Steph Curry tweet has been passed around in the last few days that shows just how special the online exchange between an athlete and his or her fans can be. In the midst of an ugly 2009-10 rookie campaign where Curry was struggling to play for a team that stumbled to a 26-56 record, Curry tweeted a promise that the team would turn things around. It took a few years and a lot of changes, but Curry is still on the floor for Golden State, is the league MVP, and the team is poised for a championship showdown with LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers.
