LeBron’s Back Improving, Expected To Play Opener

The status of LeBron James‘ back, as well as Kyrie Irving‘s recovery, are the key storylines going into the season for the Cleveland Cavaliers. James sat out the last few games of the preseason after receiving an injection for his bothersome back. The procedure was similar to one he received last year as well.

Uncertainty rules when it comes to a timeframe for his return but Marc Spears of Yahoo just reported that LeBron is improving and expected back for the Cavs to open the season:
