CLEVELAND, Ohio -- LeBron James and Nike teamed up last week to introduce area patients at the Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital for Rehabilitation to the latest version of the shoe company's innovative footwear designed to benefit athletes of all abilities and ages.
The new Soldier 10 FlyEase shoes that James personally distributed to children at the Cavs practice facility are the same ones that became available online Monday. The shoes are designed to increase independence and performance in athletes with disabilities.
"It's about us empowering every kid and everybody to understand that we are all athletes," James said.
