LeBron James named Eastern Conference Player of the Week for the second week in a row

CLEVELAND— LeBron James was named the Eastern Conference player of the week for the second week in a row on Monday. It is also the fourth time James has won the award this season, and the 61st time he has done so in his career.

The Cavs went 4-0 last week as James averaged 34.8 points (tied for highest in the league) on .627 shooting, 8.8 rebounds, 11.0 assists and 1.25 steals in 36.8 minutes.

Against the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday, James recorded a 40-point triple-double. He followed that up on Wednesday by leading the Cavs to a 132-129 win over the Toronto Raptors, as he recorded 35 points and 17 assists.
